In this exciting role, you will leverage your existing industry connections and persistent drive to open doors and secure lucrative contracts for our custom stonework. • Uncapped Earning Potential: Earn $75,000 - $150,000 annually based on your hustle and sales prowess. The sky's the limit for top performers!

• Direct Industry Experience a Plus, Eagerness to Learn Even More Valuable: We value your existing industry connections but prioritize your drive and ability to learn. Shadow our experts, onboard quickly, and become a part of the best in the industry.

• Target High-Value Clients: Focus on building relationships with key customer opportunities, which may include General Contractors, Commercial clients, and Kitchen & Bath decision-makers, securing high-profile projects in an expansive geographical area.

You will Excel If You Have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience (preferred, but not mandatory), with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a commission-based environment and you enjoy getting an early start to a successful day.

• A pleasantly persistent approach to opening doors to new sales opportunities both by phone and in the field (daily). You are a proficient networker who thrives on building relationships.

• A strong work ethic and the ability to manage your own time effectively.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently showcase the value of our custom stonework for discerning clients/customers of commercial and residential kitchen and bathroom renovations.

• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a CRM system (a plus).

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for daily prospecting & meetings (you will be required to drive throughout the region/local area for meetings).
