We are seeking a Freelance Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment efforts, especially in the healthcare industry. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a proactive individual who excels in identifying and engaging large pools of candidates. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify candidates using advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Engage and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
- Keep up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain regular communication with team members.
