Sales Managers for our USA sales teams based in Chicago. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing journey and keep building and developing our great sales force 🔥

Key tasks in the role :

Responsible for your team's results :

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales team's performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals

Development of sales representatives :

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning :

  • Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to capture your market
  • Sales Reporting, Forecast and Analysis :

  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Make sure to update and clean Forecast in time
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

  • has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales
  • has experience in leadership, building teams, coaching teams and individuals
  • has the will to push harder and keep high activity
  • has a positive and caring attitude
  • is living close to Downtown Chicago
