Architect (10 Years) – Transportation / Transit
Full-Time | Baltimore, MD
We are representing a leading multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy that is seeking an experienced Architect (10 years) to join their growing Transportation and Transit Design Team in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact transit and transportation projects, including stations, maintenance, and support facilities for public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead design and development of transit and transportation-related projects, including stations, maintenance, and support facilities
• Apply expertise in construction documentation and building detailing to deliver high-quality architectural solutions
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to create engaging building design presentations
• Provide urban design input where applicable
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and best practices
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and graphic design tools to develop project plans and presentations
• Travel to project sites as required (within a 400-mile radius)
Requirements
• Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Licensed Architect with 10 years of experience in transit and transportation-related design
• Extensive experience designing transit stations, maintenance, and support facilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
• Urban design experience is a plus
• Experience using SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic software
