This is a high-impact leadership position where you will lead business expansion, oversee major transportation projects, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders like PennDOT Districts 5-0 & 6-0, the City of Philadelphia, and regional planning organizations.
What You’ll Do:
🚦 Lead and expand the firm’s transportation practice in eastern PA
🚦 Develop and execute strategic business plans for market growth
🚦 Foster and maintain relationships with PennDOT, municipalities, and planning organizations
🚦 Oversee transportation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution
🚦 Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team
🚦 Drive business development, including proposal writing, budgeting, and scheduling
🚦 Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Pennsylvania
What You Bring:
✔ 15 years of transportation engineering and leadership experience
✔ Proven ability to develop markets and build strong industry relationships
✔ Experience managing PennDOT transportation contracts
✔ B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering
✔ Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Pennsylvania
✔ Knowledge of Alternative Project Delivery (preferred)
✔ Strong business development and communication skills
✔ Excellent reputation as a transportation industry leader
