Summary
We believe our clothing sorters play an important role within our organization; they are the front line for receiving, inspecting, grading and sorting product. Sorters play a significant part in deciding the quality and quantity of product that is displayed to our valued customers on a daily basis, thereby reducing manpower expenses and creating a more efficient process.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent certification preferred. Prefer at least one year of experience working with the developmentally disabled.

Valid Florida driver's license with a safe driver rating.

Highly motivated and positive individual, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.

- Opens multiple clothing bags/boxes/containers, etc.
- Sorts clothing in a fast and efficient manner into various grades.
- Efficiently and accurately checks clothing items.
- Pushes/pulls/drags or moves clothing to various areas using rolling bins and/or racks.
- Moves and distributes clothing items to the proper location(s); tags bins and/or racks with identifying markers.
- Weekly cleaning, including but not limited to sweeping, wiping, and vacuuming work area.
- Maintains a safe and secure environment within designated work area.
- Performs other essential tasks as required by the Director of Retail Operations or his/her designee.
