SUMMARY
Serves as the staff person responsible for various Accounts Receivable and Billing functions for the KEY TRAINING CENTER, Inc and all Affiliate Corporations. Serves as a Liaison to outside agencies for the benefit and best interest of the clients and the KEY TRAINING CENTER.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Receipts of all payments and monetary donations into Accounting system

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 year of Clerical / Office experience preferred : Accounts receivable, billing, and collections experience a plus. Knowledge of Social Security and Department of Children and Family is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs is required. Ability to develop and write reports, compile spreadsheets and write procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and auditors.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or government regulations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to deal courteously, tactfully and efficiently with management, auditors, staff members and client families.
Ability to set work priorities based on work load and urgencies, and adapt to priority changes
Must be highly organized and maintain an organized work area.
