Work helping our wonderful clients. Local position with full time pay and benefits . SUMMARY: Assists in all human resources duties and responsibilities. The individual chosen must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You should also have experience with personnel paperwork and human resources systems. Schedules and verifies orientation, safety and compliance training for all employees. Assists with the secretarial, clerical and administrative support from within the Human Resources Department. Assists with various aspects of all personnel paperwork, compliance paperwork, filing, scanning, etc., under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager. Other duties include administrative support for the business office and organizational needs. An important part of this role will include communication, confidentiality, and organization. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must have a minimum 1 year experience in human resources and administrative support. Preferred 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Preferred 2 years of experience in administrative role. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write trainings, presentations, routine reports, and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively one on one, in a classroom, to all levels of public/customers or employees of organization. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
