To support our rapid expansion into institutional sales, we’re hiring Medical Sales Representative focused on Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) accounts and large healthcare networks in the Los Angeles region.
We’re looking for high-performing GPO Sales representatives with experience navigating healthcare procurement systems, managing multi-stakeholder contracts, and driving growth across GPOs, IDNs, hospitals, and long-term care networks. This role is ideal for someone who excels in strategic selling, values innovation, and wants to shape the future of sustainable healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts across GPOs, IDNs, and healthcare systems in the Los Angeles area.
- Manage the full sales cycle including relationship building, pricing strategy, contract execution, and implementation support.
- Act as the primary liaison for key institutional accounts, delivering tailored product education and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to customize solutions and navigate compliance and supply chain requirements.
- Represent Key Way Medical at healthcare expos, GPO trade shows, and networking events.
- Analyze competitive activity and maintain deep knowledge of industry trends to drive product placement and contract wins.
Skills & Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in medical equipment, mobility assistive device sales is recommended, preferably with GPO, IDN, or institutional sales focus.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in healthcare or medical technology.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare purchasing landscape in California.
- Demonstrated success closing large-scale contracts and managing ongoing account growth.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your designated territory.
- Familiarity with sustainable and innovative medical equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
