Position Purpose
The Cocktail Server provides an entertaining experience and the best possible handling of the guests’ needs by serving them efficiently, professionally, and hospitably. The Cocktail Server assists guests with beverage selections, processes orders, and processes payments on the register. The Cocktail Server maintains a positive attitude while delivering authentic service.

Essential Functions
- Extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality in full measure to every guest. Creating memorable experiences.
- Demonstrating responsible alcohol service. Properly checks IDs for guests who appear to be under 30 years old.
- Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge. Answer questions accurately and politely.
- Know all areas of the property to assist in directing guests to the following areas: restrooms, smoking section, concessions, merchandise, and nearest security when needed.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Two plus years of high-volume serving experience is required.
- A food safety certification program is required to be completed before being able to serve food or alcohol, which may include a food handler card.
Other Requirements
- Have a passion for helping people and making their Key West experience a memorable one.
- Maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications.
Successful candidates must pass a background search.
