What are the responsibilities and job description for the Children’s Gymnastics Coach position at Key West Sports Academy?

What we expect from you…
- Teach amazing classes for Gymnastics and Tumbling class students ages 4-18.
- Provide outstanding customer service and a great membership experience.
- Offer support to help students grow and learn new skills.
- Teach proper form and technique.
- Communicate progress with parents on a weekly basis via iClass Parent Portal.
- Perform other staff assignments as requested by your supervisor.

- You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s. (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well).
- Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.

But seriously read the fine print… Employment requirements include:
- Coaching experience in gymnastics is preferred.
- Personal experience in gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, or dance is a must.
- Positive and outgoing personality.
- Background check and finger printing required.
