What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Manager position at Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden?
The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden seeks a PERMANENT creative EDUCATOR to plan and develop hands-on, project-based lessons. Work with students from toddler through 8th grade. Oversee STEM Fair projects and service learning days for middle school and high school. Approximately 30 hours/week with possibility for full-time. Work days and hours may vary to accommodate special events on weekends. Reports to the Executive Director. Requires proven professional credentials; grant writing exposure preferred. Passionate, organized, fun-loving, must work outdoors. Salary commensurate with experience.
Must live within commuting distance or have set plans to relocate with housing secured at the time of application.
