About the Job
The Analyst will report to the Head of Key Private Bank and support the Regional Executives for The Private Bank. This person will also be responsible for researching, analyzing and coordinating key initiatives for the Private Bank and will participate in many management meetings. This role will be active within all of areas of the Private Bank and will be seen as an advisor who can produce results horizontally across various business units. The projects managed will be focused on identifying, scoping, proposing, capturing and delivering high "mission value added" projects for The Private Bank.
Essential Job Functions
Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts
Evaluate and analyze the Private Bank and its various functions by conducting document analysis, attending trade/industry workshops, surveys, site visits, case scenarios
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously driving for results and communicating progress and issues to Senior Management
Create and deliver high quality presentation materials to be used by Senior Leadership for various purposes including executive meetings, presentations and town hall meetings.
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Business, Economic or Finance
Exposure to Wealth Management Industry
Salesforce experience
Ability to query data and leverage analytical insights to influence decision making
Understanding of Business Process Management. Data and Systems expertise
Experience in and ability to communicate ideas/concepts to senior stakeholders, verbally and in writing
Experience in and ability to present training (via phone or live) to various populations
Ability to readily adapt to changing business conditions and requests
Ability to see both the big picture as well as taking into consideration the impact and associated details
Experience with technology projects and understanding of system platforms
Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation capabilities
