Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs.
- Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
- Work closely with Bankers to provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Stay up-to-date on all KeyBank products and services, and proactively educate clients on how to utilize them.
- High School Diploma , GED, or equivalent experience (required)
- Experienced in a client service role (required)
- Experienced in cash handling (required)
