The Student Loan Consultant will have a strong understanding of Consumer Banking/Finance. Student Loan Consultant Qualifications Conduct phone calls and in-person meetings with student loan clients to analyze their student loan debt and present options to save money by refinancing their loans or entering loans into federal loan repayment and forgiveness plans Provide reports to student loan borrower clients detailing savings and cost comparisons Review customized student loan borrower data in the GradFin student loan software system Manage a list of clients in the GradFin customer relationship management (CRM) system; Background in personal or consumer finance a plus Strong desire to work with student loan borrowers to help them achieve their financial goals. As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $26.00-$30.00 per hour depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
