About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, processing financial transactions accurately, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions, including accepting deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers
• Provide excellent client service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Greet and welcome clients as they enter the branch, creating a positive first impression
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
