As part of the Keycentrix senior leadership team the VP of Finance & Administration is responsible for leading, planning, controlling, and directing company financial and fiscal operations for a fast-growing technology company. The position will lead an accounting team and coordinate the financial planning and reporting, budget management, vendor management, financial analysis, and safeguarding of company assets. In addition, the VP will conduct analysis and prepare reports to depict the financial status of the company for distribution to the President, corporate CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors as well as departmental and product profitability reports for internal measurement.
Essential Job Responsibilities: (List job responsibilities critical to job success)
- Establish and maintain the company accounting principles, practices, procedures, and financial control systems in accordance with all regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Manage external partners/vendors to ensure alignment with project profit expectations
- Provide financial modeling and analysis for tactical and strategic company projects
- Compose clear monthly financial reports both in detailed and summarized fashion, including departmental and product profitability, cash forecasting, and other reports as requested by management
- Oversight of budget process
- Review and update departmental procedures to obtain optimum efficiency and reduce costs
- Effectively supervise and develop accounting staff
- Actively engage to meet or exceed company goals and strategies
- Participate in broader industry projects from time-to-time

- Other duties as assigned by executive management
Qualifications:
- Four or more years of supervisory experience
- Two or more years serving in a financial analyst role
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, and auditing
- Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Able to work with diverse departments with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities/projects. High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management.
- Be adaptable and learn on the fly as well as being a relentless, versatile and active learner
- It is anticipated that an average work week will consist of 45-50 hours to accomplish the assigned duties
Education or Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Management with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
Physical/Mental Requirements:

- Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods
