Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership to property management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Inspire and mentor team members, driving high-performance standards and professional development.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value and performance of the property portfolio.
Identify opportunities for asset improvement, renovations, and other value-add initiatives to optimize returns.
Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Utilize financial analysis skills to drive cost-effective solutions and revenue enhancement.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders.
Address client concerns promptly, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional client service.
Implement standardized processes and best practices to ensure efficient property management operations.
Drive operational excellence, focusing on service quality, resident satisfaction, and cost-effective management.
Education and Experience:
7 years of progressive experience in property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional management role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing asset improvement strategies and achieving positive outcomes.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
In-depth knowledge of property management regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.

Pay: $57,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
