Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Enablement Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of project methodologies in the technology investment portfolio by enabling and supporting project teams across the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset with excellent leadership, communication, execution, and organizational skills. The Delivery Enablement Leader will be responsible for setting the strategy and defining best practice frameworks for project delivery in a mixed-methodology environment, including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall and Hybrid. This individual will lead a team of delivery coaches, data analytics and onboarding process for the enterprise. This leader will partner closely with the project management office to ensure the frameworks and methodologies are adhering to our defined governance and standards. This position is highly visible and will influence senior leadership and decision makers. Professionalism, proven leadership, critical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships are a must.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Implementation and/or updates of necessary delivery frameworks
• Establishment of enterprise guidelines and guiding principles for Mixed-Methodology environment
• Creation and execution of Agile training and employee/team onboarding curriculum
• Ability to track, monitor and measure success and health of Delivery Teams in a mixed-methodology delivery environment
• Understand and continuously improve how work is done
• Align IT standards, controls and funding models with Agile framework
• Set strategy and vision for coaching team & communities of practice
• Utilize data and analytics drive behaviors and focus areas of the team and community as well as define reporting for the enterprise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work across reporting lines, and drive multiple priorities simultaneously.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; or equivalent work experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
• 5 yrs. experience working in an Agile delivery environment
• Experience using various agile delivery toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira Align)
• Deep expertise in project methodology and software development lifecycle
• Confidence in decisions made but ability to evaluate and counter alternative ideas and represent reasoning in various forums
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess new and unfamiliar issues and work through potential solutions, issues, and risks
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various stakeholder groups (across business, technology and operations)
• Strong talent management and leadership skills along with proven integrity and people management experience
• Excellent collaboration, communication and organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with continuous delivery and DevOps (CI/CD) practices
• Prior experience in large, diverse technology environment
• Understanding of technology architecture and integration patterns
