Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for all repair processes, SOP’s, manuals, databases, and documentation.
- All team communication with sales reps and / or customers via phone and email.
- Inspect damaged products to determine the causes of failure and the cost of repairs.
- Responsible for testing procedures of Keyence owned trial and demo equipment.
- Reporting to upper management and National Product Directors.
- Completion of projects with a measurable impact to efficiency, cost saving, profitability, or other business needs for the department.
- Possible travel or international travel up to several weeks per year.
