Job Summary

Provides strategic leadership and vision for the Sales Development function, aligning long-term strategies with company objectives. Oversees the Sales Development department and responsible for delivering top of funnel pipeline which meets the company's ARR targets. Analyzing complex data to inform decisions and developing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's global footprint will be critical to success in this role.

Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the sales development function.
  • Influence senior management and drive organizational change to support sales development goals.
  • Develop and implement long-term sales development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Forecast future sales development needs and plan accordingly.
  • Analyze complex sales data to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvements.
  • Set and monitor high-level KPIs to track progress toward strategic goals.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's global footprint.
  • Stay informed about global market trends and dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Represent the sales development function at executive meetings and external events.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • University Degree
  • Extensive experience in leading larger SDR teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and utilizing data to drive performance improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to provide strategic leadership and vision for the sales development function.
  • Skills in influencing senior management and driving organizational change.
  • Expertise in developing long-term sales development strategies.
  • Ability to forecast and plan for future sales development needs and challenges.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial planning related to the sales development function.
  • Advanced skills in analyzing complex sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to identify and address high-level challenges and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of global market trends and dynamics.
  • Skills in developing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's global footprint.
  • Ability to provide vision and direction for the sales development function.
  • Skill in influencing and guiding senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop long-term sales development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Skill in identifying market opportunities and threats.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Skill in using analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Ability to understand and navigate global market dynamics.

  • Knowledge of how to align sales development strategies with company objectives.
