Requirements
- Show up on time to work everyday
- Willing to learn and be taught on how to understand blueprints and plan specifications
- Willing to learn how to calculate bids and compile take-off data to prepare proposals using On Screen take-off software
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work closely with team members
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a construction related field is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Read and implement blueprints and plan specifications.
- Process material order
- Work on MS Word and Excel
- Lead in estimating and project management efforts
- Work efficiently on different projects at once
- Work closely with team members
- Be diligent and efficient with your working hours
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 7am-3:30pm
