Job Description

We are looking for someone who is willing to show up everyday and work hard. As the Drywall Estimator you will be in charge of analyzing project blueprints and specifications, leading in estimating and project management efforts, working on multiple projects simultaneously and being able to work closely with team members.

Requirements

• Show up on time to work everyday
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and plan specifications
• Understand scope of work and calculate bids and compile take-off data to prepare proposals using On Screen take-off software
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work closely with team members
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
• Reside in or near Gilbert, AZ
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with residential, multi-family & commercial projects or other related estimating a plus
