Responsibilities
- Run weekly payroll for hourly and salaries employees
- Calculate commissions for sales reps
- Enter new employees into our payroll system (Paylocity)
- Enter / edit wage deductions, garnishments, benefit information, etc
- Maintain accurate records of payroll data (e.g. time sheets, commission records, etc)
- Prepare payroll reports for finance department
- Enter vendor bills and create customer invoices in Quickbooks Online
- Full cycle AR / AP
- Pay bills via ACH, wire, credit cards, and paper checks
- Follow-up on past-due accounts (no hard collections)
- Categorize bank transactions in Quickbooks on a daily basis
- Research errors and / or issues that arise from company transactions
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Various ad-hoc projects as assigned

We are seeking an in office part-time bookkeeper with payroll experience.
Mondays, Tuesdays and one flexible day. (3rd workday is up to employee)
Compensation
25-$40 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
