In this role, you’ll negotiate property transactions and communicate regularly with investors and sellers through calls, texts, and emails to secure optimal prices and terms. PAY STRUCTURE
Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour, against commission; whichever is greater. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
