As a Salesperson , you’ll negotiate property deals while staying connected with investors and sellers through calls, texts, and emails to secure the best terms and prices. PAY STRUCTURE
Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour, against commission; whichever is greater. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
