Work Week : Monday- Friday
Hours : 6 : 00 am- 3 : 00 pm. Additional overtime may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and unload shipments.
Verify the accuracy of shipment contents by comparing items received to purchased orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
Inspect products for damage, discrepancies or defects, and work with materials manager or quality control to resolve quality issues.
Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards, validating against part standards.
Work with Material Handling and Quality Control to receive and process returned products from customers.
Work with production control team to ensure inventory accuracy in receiving and RMA processing.
Communication & problem solving with Inside Sales, Accounting, and Production Control on receiving and RMA processing.
Accurately log all incoming products into EBMS, ensuring proper tracking of product codes, quantities, and other relevant data.
Maintain detailed records of receiving activities, including shipment receipts, inspection reports, photographs and discrepancies.
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and periodic physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
Organize and store incoming items in the correct warehouse locations for easy retrieval.
Communicate with purchasing, accounts payable, and other teams to resolve any receiving issues, discrepancies, or delivery delays.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods to appropriate storage areas.
Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling tools.
Other duties as needed : Job duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time and may include potential transfers to other departments and local facilities.
