About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer and Technical Co-founder who will be integral in driving the development of Keyllee's platform and nurturing our engineering team. This is a deeply hands-on role that requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will manage daily engineering operations, influence product decisions, and ensure the highest technical standards are met.
In this Role, You Will :
Lead Technical Execution :
- Write high-quality, efficient, and scalable code while guiding the team in full-stack development.
- Oversee the technical architecture encompassing back-end, front-end, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and code reviews to track progress and ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide support to assist the team efficiently.
Be Hands-On :
Actively contribute to coding and product development in essential functionalities.Work closely with engineers to debug, optimize, and enhance features.Manage the development process for both web and mobile applications (React / Next.js, Node.js, Python, etc.).Drive Technical Team Growth :
Mentor and guide engineers to elevate their skills and encourage their contributions.Encourage a culture of accountability and collaboration.Establish and maintain workflows for code reviews, testing, and deployment to uphold high standards.Own Product Development :
Collaborate with product and design teams to transform ideas into functional and user-friendly features.Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and remain adaptable to changing project demands.Ensure rapid feature delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and scalability.Optimize and Scale the Platform :
Implement robust CI / CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).Scale the platform's architecture to accommodate rapid growth and user demand effectively.Integrate AI / ML capabilities to provide personalized user experiences on the platform.Collaborate Across Teams :
Engage actively with product, design, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of technical execution with business objectives.Participate in strategic planning and feature discussions.Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to all stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications :
8 years of full-stack development experience with leadership roles.Proficiency in modern technologies : React / Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, TypeScript .Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI / CD pipelines, and scalable system design.Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on development with leadership in a startup environment.Experience leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming , and conducting code reviews.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on the end-user and a passion for impactful product development.Experience with integrating AI / ML into platforms, especially leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) via API and understanding their advantages over internally developed models.Experience with agentic frameworks and practical application of AI-driven solutions to boost user engagement and platform functionality.Excellent communication and team-building abilities.Expertise in agile methodologies , product roadmapping , and cross-functional collaboration .A passion for health and wellness and a solid understanding of unique industry challenges and opportunities.Experience building AI-driven platforms , e-commerce , marketplaces , or social networks.Skilled in data-driven product management, including the definition and tracking of KPIs.Strong technical acumen and familiarity with modern development practices.Why Join Us?
