About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Co-founder (Senior Full Stack Developer) to be a driving force behind Keyllee’s platform development and team growth. This role is highly hands-on, requiring someone who thrives in both coding and leadership while embracing the fast-paced nature of a startup. You will oversee daily engineering operations, participate in product decisions, and ensure technical excellence across the board.
As a key player, you’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams, taking ownership of the platform’s architecture and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions.
In this Role, You Will :
Lead Technical Execution :
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while guiding the team in full-stack development.
- Oversee technical architecture for back-end, front-end, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure progress, quality, and alignment with goals.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on support to unblock the team when needed.
Be Hands-On :
Actively contribute to coding and product development in critical areas.Collaborate closely with engineers to debug, optimize, and refine features.Manage the development of both web and mobile applications (React / Next.js, Node.js, Python, etc.).Drive Technical Team Growth :
Mentor, guide, and inspire engineers to develop their skills and contribute effectively.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.Define workflows for code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain high standards.Own Product Development :
Work with product and design teams to translate ideas into functional, user-friendly features.Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain flexibility to accommodate changing needs.Ensure rapid delivery of features without compromising quality or scalability.Optimize and Scale the Platform :
Implement robust CI / CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).Scale the system architecture to handle rapid growth and increased user demand.Integrate AI / ML capabilities into the platform to deliver personalized user experiences.Collaborate Across Teams :
Actively engage with product, design, and leadership teams to align technical execution with business goals.Participate in strategic planning, feature discussions, and roadmapping.Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders clearly and proactively.Minimum Qualifications :
8 years of full-stack development experience with significant leadership responsibilities.Proficiency in modern technologies : React / Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, TypeScript .Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI / CD pipelines, and scalable systems.Proven ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities in a startup or fast-paced environment.Experience running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming , and code reviews.Strong problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset and passion for building impactful products.Experience with integrating AI / ML solutions into platforms, particularly in leveraging Large Language models (LLMs) via API and understanding how they compare to internally built models.Experience with agentic frameworks and practical experience in applying AI-driven solutions to enhance user engagement and platform functionality.Excellent communication and team-building skills.Expertise in agile methodologies , product roadmapping , and cross-functional collaboration .Passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.Experience building AI-driven platforms , e-commerce , marketplaces , or social networks.Proficiency in data-driven product management, including defining and tracking KPIs.Strong technical acumen and familiarity with modern development practices and tools.Why Join Us?
