About the Role
Analysis is stationed within our Operations team, owning customer mail order quality and serving as subject matter experts for the key duplication process. This team decides whether a key is able to be duplicated successfully, then defines and communicates the key’s cut pattern to our production teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing customer mail order transactions using internal software to identify keys and determine the correct bitting code for duplication.
- Cultivating in-depth knowledge of common house and car keys.
- Using internal resources to identify and bit keys; following standard operating procedures.
- Owning mail order quality; meeting and exceeding operations objectives.
- All other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
