Job Description : We are looking for a proactive and resultsoriented Campaign Manager to lead our seeding and affiliate marketing campaigns. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness and conversions through influencer seeding and affiliate networks. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing creative and analytics to ensure successful campaign execution and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution :
Develop and manage seeding campaigns and affiliate marketing programs aimed at increasing brand visibility engagement and conversions.
- Identify recruit and manage relationships with influencers bloggers and affiliates.
- Work with influencers and affiliates to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
Affiliate Network Management :
Manage affiliate partnerships and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
Seeding Campaign Management :
Oversee product seeding initiatives to influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to create buzz around new product launches or seasonal campaigns.
Crossfunctional Collaboration :
Work closely with creative teams to ensure the content and messaging align with campaign objectives.
Reporting & Analysis :
Track campaign metrics and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
