The Pharmacy Team is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. They will provide pharmaceutical care for all guests and team members in accordance with our mission statement : “Ultimate Service, Superior Performance, and Positive Impact”
Key Responsibilities :
- Acknowledge / greet / engaging of guests who enter they Pharmacy Area
- Maintain integrity of pharmacy operations within the legal framework provided by the State Board of Pharmacy, Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Public Safety & other governmental agencies in conjunction with the policy & procedure guidelines set forth by Albertsons Companies
- Assure completion / compliance of goals, tasks, standards, & other pharmacy related assignments
- Maintain open communication with pharmacy staff to ensure continued growth, development, education, & compliance with evolving pharmacy operations
- Oversee every aspect of the pharmacy operation including dispensing, counseling, scheduling & supervision of technicians, participation in clinical programs including immunization administration, inventory management and control
- Other duties as assigned by upper management
