Mission :
We are looking for a highly organized, on-the-ground Short-Form Video Producer who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. A passion for social media content and knowledge of what makes short-form videos go viral is essential. You will manage the entire production process, from the initial concept to the final delivery, overseeing every detail to ensure the seamless execution of viral short-form videos tailored for social media platforms. Your role will include managing preproduction, all logistics, location, art, and execution to deliver compelling content that captivates and engages our 16-24-year-old audience.
Key Responsibilities
Preproduction Oversight :
- Oversee all aspects of preproduction, from concept development to execution, including location scouting, securing permits, coordinating with the art department, and planning all logistical elements.
- Collaborate with creative teams to refine the vision and ensure the final product aligns with the directors vision and resonates with our audience.
- Ensure that locations, talent, props, and any required assets are confirmed and prepared in advance to ensure smooth shooting days.
- Manage scheduling, talent coordination, and any vendor relationships for a seamless preproduction process.
- Anticipate and plan for any potential roadblocks, securing all necessary permissions and approvals ahead of time.
