=We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (SAP Project Planning - Pharma/Logistics) to support and implement SAP solutions for a manufacturing unit expansion. This role involves 60% project support and 40% production support, collaborating with business process teams to ensure effective SAP utilization and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP solutions (PP/MM/EWM modules) for business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP business process issues and interfaces.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements, prioritize tasks, and enhance productivity.
- Maintain detailed system documentation (test scripts, SOPs, etc.) and ensure proper implementation of system changes.
- Conduct user training and facilitate end-user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with vendors and IT support teams to resolve issues and enhance systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of SAP Project Planning experience (Pharma/Logistics preferred).
- Technical Skills: SAP PP/MM/EWM, Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or SAP Certification.
