Top Skills Required:
- SAP S/4HANA (preferably experience with version upgrade 1809 to 2023)
- SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), Power BI, Excel
- Experience with Fiori apps and UX/UI changes
- Dashboard management and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Medpro, State License sites, and integration with 3rd party tools
- SOP/WI documentation and training material development
- Visio Process flows & swim lanes
- Writing UAT scripts (qTest preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Support SAP S/4HANA UX upgrade (Fiori enablement, UI changes)
- Conduct planning, reporting, analysis, and error reconciliation
- Work on DSP end-to-end testing and fit-gap analysis
- Collaborate with commercial teams for data readiness and process improvements
- Assess business process impacts and ensure SAP platform compatibility with upgrades
- Maintain and update dashboards showing license status with accounts
- Draft SOPs, work instructions, and training documentation
- Create process flows using Visio and write UAT scripts in qTest
