Join the area’s premier commercial real estate service firm as our portfolio expands. Individual is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of property management and maintenance issues related to retail portfolio.
This individual works in tandem with the property manager, accounting team, leasing, and facilities staff to provide a full range of timely services to tenants and clients.
Reports to Property Manager
College Degree, 3-5 years related experience. Excellent organizational skills, computer literacy including basic office software required. Timberline, MRI, and Yardi a plus. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills to interact throughout company on all levels, and with tenants. Individual should have a strong interest in commercial real estate environment. Retail property management experience a plus.
