Key Responsibilities : Represent our client’s brand with professionalism and a customer-first attitude Foster genuine relationships with customers to drive brand recognition and sales Gain comprehensive knowledge of all client products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and Brand Ambassador teams during weekly meetings to devise and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness. Professionally and efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns, offering tailored solutions to enhance the brand experience.
