As a whole, our goal for the Supervisor Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. If our training program is properly executed, our Supervisor Trainee will grow from an entry-level, client-facing role into a management position within twelve months. General Responsibilities of the Supervisor Trainee :
- Attend sales account meetings and follow up on scheduled appointments to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions
- Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize sales revenue
- Confidently and professionally close sales deals and deliver customer service to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships
- Track sales and campaign performance and review data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing the company’s new hires
