The Keyser team continues to grow and pick up clients. Founder and Managing Partner Jonathan Keyser is currently looking to bring on a full-time real estate tenant rep transaction coordinator to help service Keyser’s rapidly growing client base with their office, industrial, and healthcare real estate requirements.
JOB SUMMARY:
Aids in coordinating all real estate transaction activities on behalf of our clients.
Prepares and presents detailed and multifaceted financial modeling and valuation analysis on various financial platforms required for real estate financial analyses.
Coordinates with internal project management and account management teams, as they help clients strategize, assess, and implement occupancy needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
Drafts and creates a large variety of detailed analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to co-broker and commission agreements, non-disclosure agreements, lease analysis, project schedules, and critical dates, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value.
Incorporates data from multiple sources to generate timely reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in project reporting for internal account management teams.
Assists with coordinating all transaction activity, documenting transaction status, and preparing regular updates for all active team transactions. Timely and efficient utilization and tracking of all transaction updates in the company’s management software (Salesforce).
Prepares and presents financial analysis results for Planning and Transaction Management projects. Understands how to calculate book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate process involving tracking multi-market client locations, including but not limited to lease information, critical dates, property values, and rental rates, and coordinating with co-brokers in different markets to understand market terms and trends.
Interviewing, hiring, and managing co-broker relationships in other markets worldwide and overseeing their activities throughout the life of assignments.
Organizing and facilitating client tours, including compilation of tour books, establishing schedules, and participating when applicable.
Detailed lease reviews, client communications, financial analysis, proposal management, and all other things that apply to managing transactions on behalf of corporate users of space.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS - Your Capabilities and Credentials:
Valid Arizona Real Estate License.
Quick thinker, very strong work ethic, motivated, action-oriented, good people skills, good writing skills, strong understanding of commercial real estate leases, negotiation experience, financial analysis capabilities, and understanding…overachiever.
Strong preference of 5-7 years of brokerage or transaction management on behalf of tenants.
Working knowledge of related fields such as commercial real estate and transactions, contract law, financial modeling, and business consulting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other business systems is required. Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
Aptitude to be a strong team member and the ability to work independently.
Strategic thinker who develops strategic plans for long-term value and business advantage and proactively mitigates risk.
Motivated self-starter who demonstrates initiative and innovation but understands when to connect with the team regarding decisions and actions. Must be proactive and responsive and able to handle large volumes of simultaneous projects.
Must be coachable and embrace constructive feedback for self-improvement opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex concepts and deal points in a simple and straightforward way. Commitment to client service and relationship management skills to efficiently respond to inquiries and resolve any conflicts or problems that might arise while keeping all account management teams involved.
Willing to travel as needed (up to 10-20%). This position will be responsible for touring clients both locally and across the US in certain cases. Knowledge of successful methodology for preparing leasing options for clients, including assembly of tour books and proper protocol for touring clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPIEREINCE:
A degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related fields is preferred.
Preferably, 5 years or more of post-undergraduate working experience is required in commercial brokerage.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a guaranteed commission compensation plan with the potential for annual bonuses. Compensation for this position will start at a base of $80,000 - $100,000 DOE. We provide, in addition, a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental & vision options, as well as paid-for life insurance and long-term disability insurance.
