Due to continued growth in the Birmingham, AL area, Quality Creative Landscape Management, a KeyServ Company, is seeking a motivated individual to manage the areas client accounts.
You will be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships tat foster satisfaction, retention and ancillary sales. Knowledge in landscaping and products.
In this role you will responsible for:
- Client Satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Perform frequent site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and identify new opportunities
- Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
- Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintain acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goals
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest and potential for new services.
- Sourcing subs and routinely inspecting subcontractor performance.
