We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Specialist to join our digital health business team. In this role, you will play a leading technical role in growing the healthcare business globally.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Specialist, you will leverage your application/product expertise and proficiency in marketing to deliver Keysight product solutions and services to the healthcare segment. You will develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, needs, and challenges by collaborating with customers and R&D teams to define, develop, and implement solutions that turn customer visions into reality. This may include writing technical papers, customer-facing documents, application notes, and delivering customer training sessions and consulting services related to the application and products.
As needed, you will provide technical and marketing expertise across the company to support the development, testing, and refinement of new products and applications for the healthcare sector. The candidate may also represent Keysight in medical consortiums, trade shows, and conferences, delivering presentations and demonstrating solution use cases.

Santa Rosa, California pay range: MIN $$117,530.00 MIDPOINT $156,700.00 MAX $195,880.00

Qualifications
Must have:
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 10 years relevant experience in application engineering, upstream marketing, or customer applications.
- Sound experience in test and measurement instrumentation and solutions
- Strong business acumen and fast learners.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and passion for the role.
- MedTech device development & test experiences is highly desired.
- In depth knowledge in MedTech industry trends.
- Familiar with MedTech product development life cycle.
