Job Summary
The Global Solution Delivery (GSD) Operations Manager role is focused on increasing efficiency, effectiveness and margins in Global Solution Delivery. GSD is responsible for successful delivery of solutions and SE Value Added services worldwide. We collaborate with all Industry solution teams, Solution Engineering Organizations, Keysight Global Services and regional business centers to provide differentiated solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs. This is a Solution Engineering Expert Role.
Job Description
Global Solution Delivery Operations Manager
- Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customer based on Keysight products and services. Focuses on Solution Engagement process and process improvements.
- Assists the sales organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise.
- Participates actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal delivery. Works closely with Sales and Sales operations to improve solution sales process.
- Develops and Improves capability to dynamically allocate resources
- Reduces broad concepts, business strategies into structured projects
- Is a key contributor of technical expertise and business/ industry knowledge
- Solves complex, high impact system and solution engineering services problems
- Carries overlay quota; worldwide focus
- Responsible for a solution services setup, governance and improvements across solution engineering organization
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 8 years relevant experience
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job
- Key interest in learning and process improvement; experienced in LEAN assessments
- Able to work with large amounts of data and turn into actionable insights
- Track record of managing multiple projects with dynamic deadlines simultaneously
- Expertise in leading cross-functional teams that do not directly report to you
- A team player that knows how to work with different personality types and cultural background
- Excellent communication and attention to detail is a must!

Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
