KeySource is looking for an Operations Manager to manage our 65,000 sq ft Warehouse facility.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for department employee talent management.
- Management, development, and training of a staff of 60 plus employees.
- Compliance with DEA, OSHA, city, state, and federal regulations.
- Ordering and maintaining adequate supply of warehouse provisions.
- Investigate shortages and overages.
- Recommend and implement programs, policies, and strategies to increase production and efficient space utilization.
- Monitor productivity, and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain and coordinate communication with departments in order to properly manage inventory, ship orders, and ensure full compliance with all federal and state statutory requirements.
- Scheduling warehouse associates to ensure maximum efficiencies in completing all required receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory maintenance.
- Managing, motivating, and developing warehouse associates, to deliver the timely distribution and receipt of product.
