We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing different hats, while balancing financial tasks with office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Oversee payroll and HR functions
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Manage vendor and customer communications regarding billing and payments
- Help maintain inventory records, track stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, and document management
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end closing processes
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
- Process and track invoices, payments, and collections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or office management
- Experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation
- Experience in accounting/inventory software like Dynamics 365 is a big plus
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
