Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales in Dallas, TX 75247
Pay : 18-20 / hr
Perks :Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receive and enter Sales Orders via fax, email, phone or walk-in customers
- Consult with Production and Sales on lead times and shipments
- Closely follow all established policies, guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service
- Work closely with sales team to identify new opportunities for customers
- Identify issues and provide timely feedback to management team regarding customer concerns
- Call customers when orders are ready for pick-up
- Ability to quote bf cut-to-size foam orders (basic math skills)
- Account Rep. for specific customers as assigned
- Assist customers with products in the warehouse when needed
- Printing Invoices as directed
- Mailing of Net-30 Days as directed
- Filing invoices as directed
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels on the floor as needed
- Make inventory adjustments when product is used in production where applicable
- Print product labels when restocking inventory where applicable
- Heavy lifting is required
- Must have manufacturing or distribution
- Great customer service skills
- Must have forklift experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish translator verbal & written)
- Fundamental math skills
- Verified computer skills (Microsoft Office plus internet searches)
- SAGE Peachtree software a definite plus
