Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in QuickBooks to join our team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounting duties using QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare and process payroll and related tax filings
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Track and report on cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare documentation for tax filings and liaise with external CPA or tax preparer
- Assist with year-end closing and audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with payroll processing and related tax filings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (but not required with equivalent experience)
