Mechanical Assembler in Richardson, TX 75081

Pay : 15-18 / hr

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm and Saturday when needed

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Rework and / or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
• Inspect and test completed units.
• Interpret process instructions, blueprints / drawings and schematics.
• Adjust and grind down parts if necessary.
• Position and fasten units to assemblies and subassemblies.
• Fasten cables and wiring.
• Solder electrical components.
• The ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Test finished product.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2years experience in the machine and equipment manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate screwdrivers, wrenches, power drills, rivet guns etc.
• Ability to perform light to complex mechanical assembly and electronic assembly tasks as assigned.
• Hand Soldering will be required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs.
