Medical Enrollment Specialist in Georgetown , TX

Pay : 18.50-20 / hr

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Summary :

The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for managing the enrollment process of patients, providing guidance to potential patients, and ensuring a smooth transition into our remote patient monitoring programs .

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with various departments in the Doctor's office to develop enrollment strategies
• Speak with patients to explain the remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs and what the patient’s responsibility will be
• Assist individuals in completing enrollment forms and understanding the programs

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure seamless onboarding of new patients
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment data
• Provide ongoing support to patients throughout the enrollment process
• Medical office operation experience required
• Sales experience, and / or customer service experience are highly desirable
• Strong project management and program development skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with modern technology
• Outgoing and friendly personality
