6am-2 : 30pm Mon-Fri. OT possible during the week and weekends is required
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Setup and run a complete SMT production line.This will involve past printer setup, loading machine feeders, and running the products complete through the reflow oven.Equipment utilized is Dek Paste Printer, Fuji SMT, and Electrovert reflow ovens.Load and unload PCBs onto the production lineMonitor the production process to ensure proper placement and soldering of componentsInspect finished PCBs for defects and perform necessary rework or repairsTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasksFollow work instructions and adhere to quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaJob Requirements and Qualifications :
Proficiency in machining and mechanical knowledgeExperience is required, and attention to detail, mechanical and computer skills are necessaryAbility to fabricate and assemble electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipmentFamiliarity with reading schematics and understanding electrical wiring diagramsStrong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers or other measuring instrumentsKeyStaff, Inc Since 2004.
