Project Manager – Highway & Heavy Civil Construction | Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage highway and heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including clients, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Prepare and support project bids, proposals, and procurement activities
- Enforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with company safety protocols
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain efficient construction schedules
- Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays in the project lifecycle
- Manage change orders, value engineering solutions, and contract modifications
- Monitor and document subcontractor performance, scheduling, and billing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in highway/heavy civil construction
- Experience with Design-Build projects is a plus
- Proficiency with construction project management software (HCSS Heavy Job or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
